In a similar manner to SCRFAC, the MPMC can provide 7 metric tons of high-quality, well-milled rice from cooperative members to the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, or BJMP, Tanging Yaman, and other potential markets.

In the dry season, the cooperative can at most have a collective palay of 1000 sacks, and in the rainy season, 2000 sacks. They offer finely ground rice in the neighborhood market and other Bataan municipalities. The cooperative also provides provision of machineries for both members and non-members.
