RiceBIS Sembrano Climate Resilient Farmers Agriculture Cooperative (SCRFAC) came into existence through a collaborative effort of the LGU Gerona and PhilRice's RiceBIS Community Program. This cooperative is strategically located in Brgy. Sembrano, Gerona, Tarlac, and it embodies a vision of supporting local farmers in their agricultural endeavors and was registered as a cooperative pursuant to R.A 9520 dated April 05, 2021.
